Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Timeframe: You must contact us within 30 days from the date you received your item. Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.
  • Condition of Items: Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in original condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must include a valid receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
  • Authorization Required: All returns and exchanges must be pre-approved by our customer service team. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Non-returnable Items

  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or promotional discounts are non-refundable.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Customer-caused Damage: Items that are damaged due to customer misuse or carelessness are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

General Return Process

    • Please note that unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  3. Refund or Exchange:

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., incorrect item, product defect), we will provide a full refund, including shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to buyer preference (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size or color), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • No restocking fees will be applied to returned items.

Refund Process

Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has been paid but not yet shipped, we can cancel the order and issue a full refund.
  • After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You will need to follow the standard return procedure after receiving the item.
